I felt it appropriate to wait this amount of time before fully recommending your work simply to ensure that all that had been done remained as it was originally installed and completed. Termite inspector said he really appreciated the ‘neat’ crawl space. Guess he’ll be the only ‘visitor’ to the area except for the HVAC guys. Most other visitors prefer the upper levels.

“Flying squirrels had, shall we say, “left their mark” in my attic over the years. With my home at the 20-year mark, I figured my overall remediation could include some home energy/comfort upgrades. My HVAC technician recommended Charlie, Russ and the Air Resolution guys — but I never expected to be as thrilled with the results as I am.
First, Charlie actually told me how my previous attic insulation (blow-in fiberglass) could still work — he wasn’t pushing me to pursue an attic project, and that speaks volumes about his integrity. I can’t prove this, but I have not had a sinus infection or episode in at least a year. I do get allergy shots but I’ve been getting them for 6-7 years now. One of the things I’m allergic to is mold. I think the crawlspace mold kept aggravating my sinuses and now that we have minimized it between the work you did and the dehumidifier, I’m no longer getting sick. I’m sure the allergy shots are helping, but for several years I was sick (and getting shots) with a sinus infection nearly every month.

Our most recent BBB review (we have been a BBB member most of our 20 years in business and have held an A+ rating throughout) this review is from an inspection we performed for Mr. Jerry H. of Midlothian on January 17, 2024, he gave us a 5-star review and stated the following;
If there were a rating higher than A+, I would give it to Charlie Martin of Air Resolutions. He was professional, personable, and knowledgeable.
He gave us an honest assessment of our home’s ducting system and gave some suggestions about how we might improve airflow to lessen a dust problem we have, even though none of the potential fixes involved the services his company performs!
With the “monsoon rains” of January 2024; the Gates family’s crawlspace truly flooded over two feet in places and came within inches of flooding (and ruining) their indoor heat pump air handler located in the crawlspace.
Air Resolutions was able to quickly install a complete internal drainage system with a permanent sump pump to safely remove any future water entering their crawlspace. Once the crawlspace finally dried out well, we were able to encapsulate the crawlspace. This greatly improved their indoor air quality and the energy efficiency of their home!
