Our first section is a collection of many “before” crawlspaces , unfortunately most crawlspaces in our Metro Richmond area look similar to these pictured.
The good news is, they can all be dramatically improved by us, and when your crawlspace is improved, the air quality in your home is improved.
Why?
As the EPA states “Over 50% of the air that you are breathing inside of your home has “come up” from your crawlspace.
These next pictures are of our “completed crawlspaces” Most include new insulation, new crawlspace doors, and some include permenant dehumidifier systems to actively monitor the humidity and keep the crawlspaces completely dry.
These next few pictures are a revisit we performed three years after the installation was completed. It looks like it was completed just “yesterday”
